We have made the decision to temporarily close our Support Office to the general public until further notice. 

The situation regarding COVID-19 is changing rapidly and we must all do our best to help ease the spread of the virus.  Following recommendations from local authorities on social distancing and limiting public gatherings, we feel this is the best course of action for the safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers.

ICS will still have support staff able to assist with all your Internet and TV needs via phone, text message, email or chat. We will also continue to deploy our field technicians for installations and repairs.   

ICS has made a pledge to do everything we can to keep you connected. We’re monitoring our network closely to ensure we continue to deliver the same high speed, Internet connection you are used to.
