Technical Support Supervisor
Adam Woodard joined ICS in 2009 as an Installation Technician and has since advanced to his current leadership role as the Technical Support Supervisor. With 12 years of experience in construction, including building houses and roofing/siding, Adam has built a strong foundation in hands-on work. His career in the telecommunications field spans 25 years, starting in Des Moines, Iowa, with Midwest Computer Cable. During that time, he traveled nationwide, specializing in pulling and terminating fiber optic, CAT 5, and CAT 3 phone lines. Adam also worked as an Installation/Service Technician for cable companies in southern Missouri, covering the Branson resort area, before returning to Iowa to work for DirecTV on statewide installations.
Today, Adam oversees the Service/Support Department at ICS, managing a local team of 14 and 15 national contractors. He is Smartbox certified, SBCA certified, has completed several customer service training seminars, and has received awards for exceptional customer service from previous employers.
Adam's strengths lie in his attention to detail, passion for customer service, and diligence in supporting the success of all ICS divisions. He maintains high standards of excellence for himself and his team to ensure the best service for their customers.
Outside of work, Adam has been married for 30 years and is a proud father of five children, aged 26 to 36. His hobbies include watching Chiefs football, working on cars, playing corn hole, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. Adam’s guiding principle is simple: if he can’t fix it, it isn’t broken.
